Procar demo guide
Short handoff layer for explaining the current prototype without diving into every admin table.
1. Offer flow

Verified buyer submits an offer on a Select lot. Seller admin accepts or rejects it. Accepted offer becomes a deal and buyer payment details are shown in the deal/account flow.

2. Auction flow

Bids stay separate from offers while the auction is live. After auction close, the highest bid becomes an Auction winner offer for seller decision.

3. Deal flow

Procar keeps the transaction layer: buyer eligibility, deposit state and deal visibility. After confirmation, vehicle payment instructions become available; Procar tracks the deal flow.

Customer tasks before real launch
Business and legal decisions that should move in parallel with backend integration.
  • Confirm what fields are mandatory on a real lot page: photos, VIN visibility, documents, damages, VAT/COC, logistics and inspection level.
  • Define who is responsible for lot content quality: Procar, seller company or external source.
  • Prepare legal terms: Terms of Use, Buyer Terms, Seller Terms, Privacy Policy, Deposit Policy and commission/payment terms.
  • Clarify external integrations: OpenLane/API access, available fields, usage rights for images/data and source-side auction rules.

Keep the first customer video short and show the product model before details.
